Second dose given 5 days early; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via sales rep and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 18-month-old male patient who received HAV (Havrix 720 Junior) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Havrix 720 (1st dose taken on 09-JUN-2025). On 04-DEC-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Havrix 720 Junior. On 04-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Havrix 720 Junior, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: Second dose given 5 days early). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable.
