received a dose of Kinrix and a dose of Daptacel (DTaP) on same day; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of overdose in a 4-year-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 5G23D, expiry date 21-AUG-2026) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included DIPHTHERIA VACCINE TOXOID;PERTUSSIS VACCINE ACELLULAR;TETANUS VACCINE TOXOID (DAPTACEL) for prophylaxis. On 05-DEC-2025, the patient received Kinrix and DAPTACEL. On 05-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix and an unknown time after receiving DAPTACEL, the patient experienced overdose (Verbatim: received a dose of Kinrix and a dose of Daptacel (DTaP) on same day).
