feel a lump and pain on left neck near the lick bone; pain on left neck near the lick bone; a bit sore throat; muscle pain and hardness near the injection spot; hardness near the injection spot; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of NECK MASS (feel a lump and pain on left neck near the lick bone), NECK PAIN (pain on left neck near the lick bone), OROPHARYNGEAL PAIN (a bit sore throat), INJECTION SITE PAIN (muscle pain and hardness near the injection spot) and VACCINATION SITE INDURATION (hardness near the injection spot) in a 45-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273.251 (Spikevax LP.8.1 PFS) (batch no. 3052917) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. The suspect product included Pre-filled Syringe injection (batch no. 3052917) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. No Medical History information was reported. On 05-Dec-2025, the patient received dose of mRNA-1273.251 (Spikevax LP.8.1 PFS) (Intramuscular use) .5 milliliter. On an unknown date, the patient started Pre-filled Syringe (unknown route) at an unspecified dose. On 06-Dec-2025, the patient experienced NECK MASS (feel a lump and pain on left neck near the lick bone), NECK PAIN (pain on left neck near the lick bone), OROPHARYNGEAL PAIN (a bit sore throat), INJECTION SITE PAIN (muscle pain and hardness near the injection spot) and VACCINATION SITE INDURATION (hardness near the injection spot). At the time of the report, NECK MASS (feel a lump and pain on left neck near the lick bone), NECK PAIN (pain on left neck near the lick bone), OROPHARYNGEAL PAIN (a bit sore throat), INJECTION SITE PAIN (muscle pain and hardness near the injection spot) and VACCINATION SITE INDURATION (hardness near the injection spot) had not resolved. No concomitant medication was reported. The patient had no medical history, concomitant disease or risk factor. It was reported that patient got Spikevax shot in left arm on Friday 5-Dec-2025 around 4 pm. When Patient got up on the 6th morning, patient could feel not only the expected muscle pain and hardness near the injection spot, but patient felt a lump and pain on left neck near the lick bone, a bit sore throat. Patient had no pain nor lump on the right side at all. It was unknown if the patient experienced any additional symptoms/events. There were no lab data/results available. No treatment information was reported.
