Patient has still a lot of pain in her joints which makes it difficult to walk; immune system has been affected by the vaccine; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of IMMUNE SYSTEM DISORDER (immune system has been affected by the vaccine) and ARTHRALGIA (Patient has still a lot of pain in her joints which makes it difficult to walk) in an 84-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273.251 (Spikevax LP.8.1 PFS) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. The suspect product included Pre-filled Syringe injection for COVID-19 prophylaxis. No Medical History information was reported. On 06-Nov-2025, the patient received sixth dose of mRNA-1273.251 (Spikevax LP.8.1 PFS) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient started Pre-filled Syringe (unknown route) at an unspecified dose. In 2025, the patient experienced IMMUNE SYSTEM DISORDER (immune system has been affected by the vaccine). In November 2025, the patient experienced ARTHRALGIA (Patient has still a lot of pain in her joints which makes it difficult to walk). DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS (normal ranges are provided in parenthesis if available): In 2025, Blood test: The patient immune system was affected by the vaccine. No concomitant medications provided by the reporter. It was reported that the patient always took the Moderna vaccines. Since last vaccine from 06-Nov-2025 and after almost a month, the patient had still a lot of pain in her joints which made it difficult to walk. The patient used to walk with a cane outside and be able to walk without it inside the house, but now the patient needs a walker for outside and the cane for inside. The patient was able to walk better than that in the past. The patient thought had a pulled a muscle when the patient was trying to exercise and felt this has impacted on her walking and joint pain even though the patient was under physiotherapy.
