A 15-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) and as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: ALLERGY TO VACCINE (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "allergic reaction". Additional information: Reporter stated that, He has a law suit that was served to him three weeks ago from a local (Redact) hospital which is a local hospital in (Redact) for the amount of 8600 from Jan2022. Reported that, the product was the Pfizer injection, there was 2 of them . Clarified that, it was a vaccination for kids back in 2022 or 2021. It was the covid vaccine and the patient was his daughter. Stated that, she was 15 years old and she had an allergic reaction within an hour of getting the shot. He was unaware that there was an outstanding bill. He declined report and asked for where he could be directed to in regards to compensation. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 will be requested and submitted if and when received.
