Patient had cardiac symptoms; This is a spontaneous report received from a Pharmacist. An 83-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) (COMIRNATY (2024-2025 FORMULA)), on 13Oct2024 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 83 years, in right arm for covid-19 immunisation; influenza vaccine inact split 3v (FLUZONE HIGH DOSE), on 13Oct2024 as dose 1, single, in right arm for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Allergy: Sulfa" (unspecified if ongoing); "BPH" (unspecified if ongoing); "Diabetes" (unspecified if ongoing); "Hypertension" (unspecified if ongoing); "Hypercholesteremia" (unspecified if ongoing); "Chronic ischemic heart disease" (unspecified if ongoing); "Genitourinary disease" (unspecified if ongoing); "Pruritus" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: ELIQUIS; ROSUVASTATIN; LANTUS; METFORMIN; OMEPRAZOLE. The following information was reported: CARDIAC DISORDER (non-serious) with onset 13Oct2024, outcome "recovered" (14Oct2024), described as "Patient had cardiac symptoms". Additional information: Patient had cardiac symptoms and redacted was called. EMT asked spouse and was told patient received his flu and covid vaccinations that day earlier. EMT advised rest and fluids to prevent dehydration and according to spouse patient was ok after 24 hours.
