Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Cellulitis-Medium, Additional Details: Patient noticed redness, swelling, pain at injection site and it was warm to touch. She followed up with her OBGYN the following day (12/8) and they diagnosed that she had cellulitis from the immunization. She was given Cephalexin 500 mg for 1 week to help
