Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient received 2 doses of Sanofi HD influenza vaccine 2025/2026 season, one on 9/22/2025, 2nd 11/6/2025. Patient asked for covid vaccine 11/6/2025 and was given fluzone on accident per patient report. Verified in database dose was duplicate. No side effects.
