Symptom narrative

Approx 24 hours after administration of the HPV and flu vaccine, pt began experiencing hives around the HPV injection site, that quickly spread over to majority of body. Had brief report of "lump in throat" that quickly resolved. Steroids and antihistamines given, epi not given.
