Symptom narrative

The medical assistant mistakenly administered an additional dose of RSV when she was supposed to administer the flu vaccine. Standard adverse effects; however, the mistake in administering the wrong vaccine meant he had additional, unnecessary dosage of RSV and despite planning for travel by having our child fully vaccinated with the flu vaccine, he will now need to travel by plane with only partial protection and his safety is now endangered to a higher degree compared to the assistant correctly performing/administering the vaccines.
