Additional dose of Rotarix administered at 6 months 6 days of age after having received 2 appropriate doses previously (08/07/2025 and 10/06/2025). No immediate adverse events. Mother made aware, and instructed to monitor for signs of intussusception (vomiting, diarrhea, blood in stool, high fever, or severe stomach pain) for the next month, but especially for the first 7 days following administration.
