Symptom narrative

After the three vaccines were given in the Left Deltoid per request of the mother, patient (her son) stood up to go and said immediately that he felt faint and sat down. He immediately became diaphoretic, pail and his lower lip began to quiver. The mother (being an RN) requested that we call EMS. We called EMS, they came assessed patient and he was cleared to go.
