Symptom narrative

Varivax injection given in right thigh on 7/3/2025. Patient started with a rash on the right thigh 12/3/25 which began to spread and was seen in the office on 12/5/25. A hsv & vzv panel was done on the patient. Results came into the office on 12/10/25 with a reading of a positive VZV PCR.
