Symptom narrative

Patient presented 12/11 with concern for adverse reaction with swelling, erythema, pain under prior vaccine site (normal ROM, strength). She has also had headaches, fatigue, dizziness, has been crying in pain at home. She does have history of prior vasovagal syncope. No breathing difficulty.
