High Dose Influenza vaccine was given in error to pt. Pt. had also already had a flu vaccine. Staff member who gave vaccine grabbed wrong vaccine as COVID vaccine was ordered. Ordering provider was made aware as well as pt. Pt. tolerated fine and was aware of possible side effects.
