Symptom narrative

received her flu vaccine 11-26-25 at a flu clinic and reports has had pain left upper arm and intermittent tingling since her vaccination. pain is worse when she lays down an has trouble sleeping at night. Reports she felt like it was given to low as she had her grey short sleeve scrubs on and they administered it without her lifting the sleeve at all. No prior flu vaccine reactions. no systemic s/s malaise fever etc. no prior neck or shoulder problems. was diagnosed at age 12 with RA that affects primarily her fingers and hips. meds: Actemra IV infusions, Trepitide medically managed weight loss x 5 months
