Symptom narrative

Received flu shot on 12/9/25. Reports sxs started 12/10 with body aches. Have progressed on 12/11 to Nausea , vomited 2x. feels hot and sweaty. No fever, dizziness or additional sxs. No rash, swelling, redness or soreness at injection site. Has not had any previous reaction this severe to a previous flu vaccination, just a little worn down.

Subclinical hyperthyroidism, S/P CABG (coronary artery bypass graft), Respiratory insufficiency, Type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperglycemia, with long-term current use of insulin, Class 1 obesity due to excess calories with serious comorbidity and body mass index (BMI) of 34.0 to 34.9 in adult, Essential hypertension, Gastroesophageal reflux disease without esophagitis, Primary osteoarthritis of left knee, Tension type headache, Protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc, Coronary artery disease involving native coronary artery of native heart (Chronic), Post-tonsillectomy hemorrhage, Lumbosacral radiculopathy, Ulnar nerve entrapment, Low back pain, Sciatica
