Symptom narrative

August 16 patient opthomologist was experiencing excruciating pain and loss of vision in the left eye, patient had a retinoid scan done, and was treated with steroid drops. Symptoms improved with steroid drops and did not come back. Saw another doctor for follow up and no official diagnosis was made. After next covid shot patient felt eye pain and loss of vision again and eye was weeping, patient saw doctor on 12/1/25. At this appointment, patient was diagnoses with uveitis and received the prednisolone eye drops again. Patient is still taking drops but pain is persisting.
