Symptom narrative

Patient's daughter came to pharmacy today 12/11/25 and reported that patient had adverse reaction. Patient was administered Abrysvo November 15, 2025, later that night patient had a cough and low grade fever. On the 16th of November patient had trouble breathing went to hospital and received IV Lasix and water pill to take home. Thursday patient had swelling in both knee. Friday had knee/hand and lip swelling and also sore on the lip. Admitted to hospital. And then later transferred to another hospital. On December 1st patient had a blood clot on the hand that burst open and patient passed away.
