Symptom narrative

No additional AE reported; CAPAVAXIVE being administered to a 9 month old child inadvertently; This spontaneous report was received from a physician regarding a 9-month-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 07-NOV-2025, the 9-month-old patient was inadvertently vaccinated with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE), 1 dosage form administered as prophylaxis (strength, dose, route of administration, anatomical site of injection, lot number, and expiration date were not reported) (Product administered to patient of inappropriate age). No additional adverse events were reported. Lot number is being requested and will be submitted if received.
