A 76-year-old patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 03Dec2025 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 76 years for covid-19 immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. Concomitant medication(s) included: INFLUENZA VACCINE taken for immunisation, on 03Dec2025 as dose number unknown, single. The following information was reported: RASH VESICULAR (non-serious) with onset 05Dec2025, outcome "unknown", described as "Rash looks like chickenpox"; RASH MORBILLIFORM (non-serious) with onset 05Dec2025, outcome "unknown", described as "Rash looks like the measles in all the extremities and torso". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of rash vesicular, rash morbilliform. Additional Information: The patient had a Pfizer vaccination on 03Dec2025 and developed an adverse reaction later on 05Dec2025. The patient had this adverse reaction to the COVID vaccination, and nobody has contacted the patient to explain what is going on. The patient had a severe rash. It looks like chickenpox, or it looks like measles in all the extremities and torso. The patient had no other medical history, concomitant medications, or laboratory work in past two weeks. The patient received treatment for events including quite kind of steroid, Prednisone dose pack. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) will be requested and submitted if and when received.
