Very tired; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP from a sales representative. An adult female patient received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), in Nov2025 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: FATIGUE (non-serious) with onset Nov2025, outcome "recovered", described as "Very tired". It was unknown if therapeutic measures were taken as a result of fatigue. Additional information: Patient did not receive any other vaccines on the same date as the vaccine. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
