A male patient received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE PAIN (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "Pain at the injection site"; PAIN IN EXTREMITY (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "His arm hurt significantly and then it was painful for few days". Additional information: When probed for the name of medication and adverse event, Pfizer employee stated, "Prevnar 20 vaccine, pain at injection site." When probed for the product details (LOT#, expiration date, NDC#, UPC#), Pfizer employee stated, "No, I do not have anything, he just said that a few months ago he had, he got his Prevnar 20 shot and his arm hurt significantly and then it was painful for few days that's all he told me". Start date of event, Pfizer employee stated, "He did say that it was painful right away and then it lasted a few days." Did not say if he took any treatment. No follow-up attempts are possible.
