A 54-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), in 2020 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), in 2020 as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) and in Dec2020 as dose 3 (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Difficulty with Short-Term Memory" (ongoing); "Difficulty writing" (ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: GAIT INABILITY (non-serious) with onset 2020, outcome "unknown", described as "developed a reaction/she could not walk/Difficultywalking/now she is using a walker". Additional information: Patient's concurrent condition reported as "Difficulty with Short-Term Memory, Difficulty writing, Difficulty Walking, COVID PFIZER Vaccinations reaction and COVID PFIZER Booster vaccination reaction". Patient's concomitant medication was not reported. On unknown date, patient started therapy with COVID PFIZER vaccinations and COVID Booster shot for unknown indication. On unknown date, it was reported that patient experienced "developed a reaction" to her 1st 2 COVID Pfizer vaccinations in the beginning of 2020 and also with her COVID booster in Dec2020, before she started Ocrevus and she could not walk with did not completely resolve back to what it was before the COVID vaccinations and now she is using a walker.
