Symptom narrative

Wife called stating on the Tuesday after he had the vaccination, he started complaining of pain in his side. 3 days after this he started with red area and little pustules across his whole side and abdomen.

Hypertension, CAD, Atrial Fibrillation, Chronic Systolic CHF, Hyperlipidemia, Ischemic cardiomyopathy, DVT, Type 2 diabetic, GERD, Erectile dysfunction, Benign prostate hyperplasia, Anemia, depression, osteoarthritis, Hx of brain injury, Sleep apnea, insomnia, anxiety, COPD, encephalopathy, obesity, Watchman procedure on 10/31/25
