Symptom narrative

Patient experienced swelling and itching to face and throat and difficulty breathing. Evaluated at Emergency Department and received Benadryl 25mg 1Tab by mouth every 6 hours, Dexamethasone 10 mg and famotidine 20mg. Symptoms improved at discharged and Benadryl 25 mg Tab 1 tablet by mouth every 6 hours; Pepcid 20mg 1tablet by mouth every 12 hours ; and Prednisone 20mg 2 tablets by mouth once a day.
