Symptom narrative

Staff who injected the vaccine injected it too high right up against my acromion process. Immediate soreness that was more severe than any other vaccine I have had. Within 48 hours after injection, I could not lay on my right side or touch shoulder without pain. Pain increased further approximately 4 weeks later, now I cannot lift objects, reach arm, or carry out job duties without extreme shoulder pain.
