April 3 chest xray Unremarkable PA and lateral view of the chest. - 4/6/21 CBC WITH DIFFERENTIAL abnormal 9/4/21 ultrasound of gallbladder Focused scanning of the right upper quadrant was performed. The gallbladder is free of stones with no gallbladder wall thickening or pericholecystic fluid identified. The common bile duct is normal in size measuring 2 mm in diameter. No other abnormality is seen within the right upper quadrant.
