Symptom narrative

Received both vaccines 12/09/2025, noted sore arms when awoke the next day. Left arm is red, hot, swollen, excessive fatigue also noted. Also of note, the same vaccine was received in a 1 dose series on 10/08/2025

Hyperlipidemia, Prediabetes, Vitamin D deficiency, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, congenital abnormality of brain, asthma, COPD, pulmonary emphysema, elevated blood pressure without diagnosis of hypertension

Albuterol inhaler, atorvastatin, leflunomide, montelukast, naproxen, Trelegy Ellipta
