Symptom narrative

Patient came into clinic on 12/12/25 with complaints of vomiting right after flu vaccine was given on 12/10/25, and then waking up this morning 12/12/25 with left arm swelling, redness, itchiness, tenderness and arm feeling hot to the touch. Upon exam, provider felt it was reasonable treatment to prescribe Keflex 250mg/5mls with a dosage instruction of 5ML TID for 7 days. Diagnosis is cellulitis of Left upper arm.
