Facility has flu clinics for employees since flu shots are mandatory except is have exemption and on 11/12/2025 associate health nurse gave flu shot right arm but she employee had shoulder injury related vaccine administration event left arm immediately after flu shot with numbness and pain left shoulder. No pain on flu shot right arm
