Twinrix adult dose to a 10-year-old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug administered to patient of inappropriate age in a 10-year-old male patient who received HAB (Twinrix) (batch number M4B34, expiry date 28-SEP-2026) for prophylaxis. On 13-OCT-2025, the patient received Twinrix. On 13-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Twinrix, the patient experienced drug administered to patient of inappropriate age (Verbatim: Twinrix adult dose to a 10-year-old patient). The outcome of the drug administered to patient of inappropriate age was not applicable.
