We are [name withheld] Program where this minor [name withheld] resided. We are a Office of [withheld] Resettlement program where we receive minor and care for them, the protocol is the following. When the minor arrived she was taken to see primary care provider Dr. for evaluation and for minor to get seen and evaluated but just a normal physical evaluation. During the visit the minor received laboratory and vaccines at the office visit. At that moment we were not aware that minor was pregnant, and as per provider Dr. gave the approval for his staff to vaccinate. But then on 10/28/2025 we received the laboratory testing for the HCG results and resulted positive. Provider was immediately informed but we were advised that it was okay and to continue normal care. At this point is when we requested a OBGYN referral minor went to her first visit on 11/03/2025. At the day of the ultrasound minor was 28w1d, estimated date of delivery was 2/1/2025. It was a surprise because minor was not physically showing any type of pregnancy signs until it was confirmed with the urine pregnancy test.
