Patient came to Pharmacy to report pain on her left arm,. Per patient, after receiving Adacel IMZ on 12/9/25, patient has local pain at injection site. The pain get worse the second day and today it radiate to her shoulder with itching at the injection site The pain is the same as yesterday. Patient doesnt take any medication to help with the pain yet. Advise patient to take Naproxen 500 mg every 12 hours as needed ( she has Naproxen at home )and Claritin 10 mg once a day. She will call her doctor for advise. If the pain stay the same or get worse, patient needs to go to urgent care.
