Symptom narrative

Patient developed large red, warm to the touch, area of skin below the injection site. Patient did not have redness at the injection site. She said she had taken ibuprofen thinking it would decrease the irritation the day after the injection. She came in Friday morning to have us look at her left arm. I advised her to see a PCP or urgent care provider. She was going to go to her Urgent Care.
