Symptom narrative

At 9:40am Resident reported right arm pain (injection site), staff checked resident's vital signs: increased respiration to 30/min, desaturation to 80% on room air, temperature of 101 and heart rate at 49/min. Resident was transferred to ER at 10:07am and returned to the facility at 7:05pm on the same day. He received acetaminophen, Ceftriaxone and sodium chloride at the ER. Resident has been stable since returning from ER as of today.

Dementia, quadriplegia, history of alcohol abuse, HTN, Hypercholesterolemia

Lab data

Lab tests completed in ER: CBC with diff, comp. metabolic panel, COVID-19/FLU A&B/RSV, ;actoc acod. NT-ProBNP, Troponin T Gens NG/L, urinarlysis, chest x-ray, EKG on 12/8/2025. Chest x-ray indicated likely mild atelectasis and mild pulmonary edema. EKG-Normal sinus rhythm, Lactic acid performed 2 times due to critical value. Result was normal on the 2nd test.
