Symptom narrative

Patient was not feeling well today. Stuffy nose. Was apprehensive about vaccine. Upon leaving room and walking about 6 feet she went down in the doorway leaving vaccine area. She was diaphoretic and pale. Taken back into room and laid down on exam table. Drinking juice. She had a Gatorade popsicle this morning for breakfast. Dr from the office in to visualize patient. Overall, she is fine. Vago Vasil response. BP at 10:40 82/58 HR 66, then at 10:51 90/52 HR 60. She was feeling better and not sweating anymore. Mom drove her car up to the main entrance door. I walked them out at 11:05. Advised to make sure she gets protein to eat soon. If any other issues to let us know.
