12/1/2025 around 9:03 p.,m started getting chills, shakes and headache, lightheaded; 12/2/2025 mid morning still shaking, had chills, headache, warm, running a fever of 99.1. Felt lightheaded. was sitting on a chair at my desk at home, and then found myself on the floor. No recollection of falling, or thinking that I would fall of the chair. May have fainted as when I opened my eyes I was on the floor.
Had sinus issues for about 2 weeks of the above time period.
