Symptom narrative

Patient had a large, red circle around the injection site that was the size of her palm. She noticed this the day after the vaccine on 12/12

Medical history

rheumatoid arthritis, hypothyroidism, and high blood pressure

Other medications

methotrexate, folic acid, levothyroxin, and lisinopril. OTC is unknown

morphine and codeine
