Symptom narrative

I administered the covid and flu vaccine. The patient left the room. I heard a thump. He had hit a plastic partition and fell. He had fainted. I asked him if he was okay and fanned him. He woke up within 5 seconds. I told him to sit down and gave him water. I told him to put his head between his legs and continued to fan him. I asked him if he wanted ice and he said no. He kept saying he was ok. I told him to rest and sit for a little. He was with 2 friends that was going to help him. They were going to ice his head when he went home. I told him to follow up with his doctor. I called him about an hour later and he said he was fine. He told me after the fact that he had fainted before when taking vaccines.
