Symptom narrative

At approximately 7:30PM on 10-30-25, not long after receiving the meningococcal B vaccine at approximately 4:00PM that afternoon, patient advised he was having trouble breathing. He began vomiting and his breathing difficulties progressed. EMS was called and an ambulance arrived. EMT staff transported him to the Emergency Department. A Basic Metabolic Panel and a CBC and Differential was performed. He was diagnosed with having an adverse reaction to the meningococcal B vaccination. He was discharged at 12:05AM.
