Symptom narrative

The Pharmacist delivered my vaccine IM when it was supposed to be subcutaneous. I confirmed with her that the route of delivery was subcutaneous after she opened the package and she said yes. She then delivered the vaccine IM anyway. She said "some MMR vaccines can be given IM or subcutaneously." About 90 minutes later, I received a call from her at 7:31pm telling me that she made an error and that the vaccine was supposed to be given subcutaneously according to the CDC and manufacturer s guidelines. She informed me that the side effects could be localized pain and swelling at the site since it was given IM and to call if there are any other symptoms. I asked her what other side effects could I experience and she said those were the primary side effects.
