Symptom narrative

Early dose administered; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 75-year-old female patient who received HAV (Havrix) (batch number EY57A, expiry date 03-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Hepatitis a vaccine inact (Havrix). On 11-JUL-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Havrix. On 11-JUL-2025, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: Early dose administered). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 11-DEC-2025 The reporter called to report the early administration of the second dose of the vaccine series for Havrix. Instead of the 6-month period for the second dose, the shot was given 1 month apart back in July 2025 and first shot was in June 2025. He wanted to know what the recommendations for this case were. The Vaccine Administration Facility is the same as Primary Reporter. No exact dates for the shots were provided.
