Reported Symptoms: 10018767:GUILLAIN-BARRE SYNDROME; Narrative: A 69 year old patient received his first dose of COVID-19 Pfizer vaccination on 12/22/2020 from a facility. His second COVID-19 Pfizer dose was administered on 1/12/2021 at a facility. Unclear for specific lot/expiration information as vaccine was non-facility. Following his second dose on 1/12/2021, patient reported numbness in legs 3-4 days after administration. Symptoms are still ongoing at this time. Patient documented to have a sciatica diagnosis. Unclear leg numbness was related to his back disability or COVID-19 Pfizer vaccination. Other Relevant HX: Other: GUILLAIN BARRE
