Arthralgia

Symptom narrative

Severe Shoulder and Arm Joint Pain especially when first waking up. Taking 2-4 Ibuprofen (200 mg) 3-4 times per day, Muscle Relaxer, Dry Needling starting on 12/17/2025, have Steroid pack to take if symptoms do not improve. lots of stretching and movement, nothing seems to help at this point other than lots of Ibuprofen and movement

Hypothyroidism, Atrial Fibrillation, Hypercholesterolemia, Vulvodynia, Hormone imbalances

Allergies

Possible allergy to sulfa drugs-had severe reaction to sulfa eye drops over 40 years ago. Most statin drugs make me ache
