Symptom narrative

No adverse event. Influenza vaccine administered outside of state protocol. The patient was 2 years and 6 months old at the time of vaccination and the State standing order states we can only administer influenza vaccines to patients 3 years and over. Patient experienced no adverse effects. Error identified.
