Symptom narrative

Patient felt like she was going to pass out, and was sweating, had her lie down on the ground and take slow deep breaths and gave her water. After lying down patient said she felt much better. We had her rest until she said she was okay to walk. After about half an hour patient felt better and said she was okay to walk.
