Symptom narrative

Patient reported to the ED on 12/08/2025 and sent a message to her PCP office where she received the vaccine to report that she was experiencing soreness, hardness, and a rash that was spreading from the back of her biceps to down the front and had wheezing, or hives. The patient was treated with antibiotics and advised to take over the counter Benadryl and over the counter tylenol. The patient was discharged from the ED to her home and advised to follow-up with pcp.
