Symptom narrative

While my certified immunizer (pharmacy technician) was giving the COVID vaccine, pt moved/jumped, and the most of the vaccine dribbled down. More than half of the vaccine was left in the syringe. The tech thought that a little bit of vaccine had been entered into her muscle, while the pt thought she didn't receive any.
