Symptom narrative

Patient experencied a severe full back rash about 4 weeks after getting the vaccine; went to see a doctor and was given a steroid which cleared it up. Patient started to feel itching on hands after the back rash was cleared. Patient went to visit a dermatologist and was precribed pills for the itching.
